Mommy, Mom, Mommy, Mom, Mommy,Mom

If I hear this one time everyday I hear it a thousand times,

And I will never get tired of it,

And jump every time my name is called,

Who needs waiting on next?

Griffin has a love/hate relationship with school.  Fun when he gets there

but Oh Not So Fun getting there,

Bryce is realizing that college Is In His Future,

But Oh Not So Excited about it,

Preston is trying to juggle 16 college hours, applying to grad schools,

and Realizing That He is almost through with

college and about to enter another phase......

So..............

when my name is called, I jump to duty!  And I'm tired , I mean

how can I be tired???????  After all I am a "stay" at home

Mom, Mommy, Mom, Mommy, Mom

who loves her job.  And I mean that from the bottom of

my heart.  And I do not wish these days to fly by so fast and

they do!  Slow down.......everyone.....give mommy, mom, Mommy, mom

a small break and call Daddy, dad, Daddy, dad just once!

I treasure these moments and want to remember each second of

every detail, but it's hard and I am trying to show patience and

love in every breath.  Hopefully I am doing a good job!

Yes, I think I am , especially when Griffin says to me

this evening, Mommy, I think.....

Ah............that says it all!

These dudes are exactly what you would expect

to find on Sunset Beach.  These kinds of interesting

people are up and down the boulevard.

Just living the dream!

So I really did alot of research of the "dos" and "don't"

in Southern California.  And this was to be the oldest

hamburger shack and the best burger around.

I think "NOT" .  We opted for the yummy

delicious deli across the street!

Priceless.......this is "old" Calif.

The world famous San Diego Zoo!  

Beautiful day, double decker bus tour,

loads of ice cream, etc!

It IS all that it is cracked up to be.

All I can is thank the Lord above

for the "buggy" (stroller)!

Saved out lives!

We covered every inch of that zoo today

and it was quite warm!

Baby, it's cold outside.................

With the holidays behind me, the Christmas tree and goodies put away, toys put together,

boys planning back to school schedules set, gadgets figured out (NOT), and many

other motherly duties under control............

AHHHHHH!

I have to daydream about the trip to California!

Beautiful weather, daily adventures, great food and sights,

treasures found..............

I must share a few pics before I post holiday!  I know, I know, this may seem a thing

of the past but I have to include it in my blog or I couldn't live with myself!!!!

Truly!!!!  The sights, surroundings and smiles are too good not to share.
