Fresh Hot Sauce Recipe:

2 cups tomatoes blended
2 tbls chopped onion
1 tsp garlic chopped
2 tsp salt
1 tbls hot peppers chopped
2 tbls cilanto chopped
1 tbls sugar

Blend together in blender. Pour into hot jars and steralized lids.
Wonderful on tamales and other Mexican dishes. For the record, I like to add a little more salt and cilantro. Refrigerate until use. If too hot, keep adding sugar to taste.
