Big brother, Middle brother, Little brother..............

There once was a girl who dreamed of having children fill her home with laughter and joy.....that girl is keeping up with three very beautiful and smart and busy boys.........19, 16 and 3 3/4......yes that is almost 4.........oh that sounds so not babyish!!! And this 40 somethingish Mom loves every minute of it! List of loves.................
1. Cooking goodies and yummy meals for all of my hungry guys around here.
2. Creating healthy and fun "snacks" for the busiest 3 year old ever!
3. Realizing that my 16 year old can now drive and has a cool truck to do it in.......
4. Accepting that the 19 year old does live in Lubbock, lucky him, and has a great schedule of classes at TTU, is very serious about his studies, and just made the Mens Volleyball Club Team...
5. Putting on soccer socks and cleats just in time for them to be taken off before we reach practice.
6. Did I mention a puppy in there anywhere.....yes mess after mess....but she's a beauty!
7. Helping hubby pick a Fantasy Football team............starts Thurs., honey.....good luck!
8. Finding a new housekeeper and just in the nick of time......
9. Looking out seeing the tomato garden still living in spite of the 100+ weather..........
10. Knowing that at the end of the day.......I've done my best........cleaned up and organized and fed the 4 guys that keep this place hopping.......just to get up and do it all again......with a cup of yummy hazelnut coffee mug in hand.......................NOT BAD!

Preston and his childhood buddy are getting ready to transfer to Texas Tech.......look who is right in the big middle of things..............but it's all good.................

To find time................ahhhhhh ahhhhhhhhhhh.............that is the question! Why is it that the hot summer days of laziness and relaxation can't seem to land here...........at 2701 30th Street......it's always something.........whether it be good or a challenge...........it's here at every moment....don't get me wrong I'm not complaining and I absolutely love my busy, crazy life. But the days are streaming by so quickly, and I can't put on the brakes...................

It's so true........the ebb and flow of relationships, as my sweet friend says the peak and valleys............I'm tangled up with it right now...............thoughts and plans............happiness and unsure...............where do we start and stop???????????? Family and children are the heart of it all and answers come with being faithful and truthful..........we'll see!!!!!!!!!!! AS Griffin says, we'll see.........................................!

After our wonderful long journey that took us through Grapevine, Tx. (thanks once again Tim and Vickie), on to Mobile, Alabama and finally to Orlando, Florida..........we are here and inside the Magic Kingdom for a day filled with surprises and fun! Aunt Cathey met us at the resort yesterday and we are so very proud she is here. Another set of eyes and hands.........................Griffin is a very busy little 3 1/2 year old! Let's see what the day holds...................................

Spring has Sprung.................

Spring forward........isn't that what they say...........I need to post so many pictures of recent events...but can't seem to get to it....so I'll just spring forward as they say and try to keep up. What a joke! Hope everyone is enjoying the sights and sounds of spring. We are loving being able to work and play outside once again.
